Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we have made a few changes with our policies and procedures to keep our staff and patients safe. Please note that these are subject to change based on local guidelines, State Directed Measures, and Federal Requirements.
-We have removed chairs from our lobby to increase the space between different groups.
-We are doing our best to get patients back to a room as quickly as possible to make sure there is a minimum amount of time spent in the lobby.
-We ask that if you are waiting to check-in or check-out that you would try and maintain 6 feet of space between yourself and others.
-We ask that if possible, only the individual who has an appointment comes into the office in order to limit the number of people in our office
-Please declare any current illness symptoms to our staff so appropriate precautions can be taken
-If you are needing to pick up a product and do not want to come in we are able to take payment over the phone and run items out to your car.
