symptom however. Headaches, fatigue, sleep disturbances, brain fog, and sensitivity to touch or pressure can also be present along with chronic pain.

Fibromyalgia is an autoimmune condition. Autoimmune diseases happen when the immune system attacks its own tissues. This causes inflammation and swelling which leads to many other symptoms such as those listed above. Food sensitivities, exposure to chemicals, environmental toxins/agents, chronic low-grade infections, and spinal misalignment affecting the spinal cord can all cause the immune system to become hypersensitive leading to autoimmune conditions.

At our office, we can help identify immune system triggers through diagnostic testing like the ALCAT food sensitivity test. We provide treatment such as laser, frequency specific, and adjusting to help calm down autoimmune inflammation and decrease symptom intensity. We offer advice on lifestyle changes in order to remove harmful agents that may be triggering an immune response. We help our patients achieve their best possible health. Contact our office if you desire more information or would like to set up a consultation.
